How do I know if something is in stock or if it is pre-order:
Unless an item has sold out or we are awaiting a re-stock then all our items are AVAILABLE and in stock. In the case of an item being sold out we will update the description box and make it clear that the item is pre-order only and will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive more stock
How do i know which size to order?
Please measure your wrist or finger prior to ordering to make sure you are ordering the correct size, we cannot be held responsible for the wrong size being ordered
We do also offer both ring and bracelet sizers to purchase if you are unsure, these can be found by clicking the accessories tab and then clicking the 'add on' section
Will your jewellery change colour?
As much as you will love your jewellery, we always recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not wearing we recommend to store it in your jewellery pouch (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine. Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can cause oxidation

An item I want is marked as sold out:
Please contact us if an item you are wanting is marked as sold out as even if we are not restocking the item we can still order it for you from our supplier
I haven't received my order:
If your order has taken longer than one week **after receiving your dispatch email** to arrive then please feel free to contact us and we will be able to look into this for you
Faulty Items:
As all our stock is quality checked before being posted out we are almost certain you will never have any issues. However when your parcel leaves us we cannot be responsible for delivery couriers, therefore we are more than happy to offer an exchange item and discount for future use in the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please get in touch via cs@getthelookaccessories.co.uk for any issues or help needed and a member of our team will resolve this for you
please note that faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear and advise to read our below care advice
I have tried to contact but no response:
As with any online retailer we have a team working extra hard to respond as soon as possible, our working hours are 10am - 6pm, please allow up to 48 hours for a response, if you have not received a response within this timeframe then please do contact us again
