Please note: any orders placed after 2pm friday are not guaranteed to be dispatched until the following Monday
UK Delivery Times:
Standard delivery time: 2-5 working days - £3.99 (or FREE on all orders above £49.99)
Express delivery time: normally within 1-2 working days - £4.99
Next day weekday (order before 2pm monday-thursday): next working day delivery - £8.99
Next day saturday (order before 2pm friday): guaranteed saturday delivery - £10.99

Issues With Shipping Addresses:
Please check your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order, we cannot be responsible for items shipped to a wrong address
If you have issues with receiving mail or mail going missing at your address then please always give an alternate shipping address
Pre-order Shipping:
Please note that any orders which include pre-order item's will only be shipped once ALL items in the order are in stock
We advise to allow 7-10 working days for pre-order items unless stated otherwise, please bare this in mind when ordering pre-order items
Your item will be sent express delivery as soon as it reaches our office
We are more than happy to ship an item' in you order out to you separately ahead of the pre-order item but a shipping fee of £3.99 will need to be paid, please contact us to request this
Delays:
We cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:
Customs, unsuccessful delivery attempts, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks
Worldwide Shipping:
We offer both worldwide shipping & EU shipping
Worldwide shipping - approx 2-11 working days delivery:
On orders £100 and less - £24.99
On orders over £100 - £19.99
EU shipping - 2-7 working days - £13.99
Customs:
Countries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties to be paid
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties
Please check these before placing your order if you are outside of the UK
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to our office and refunded
A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund
