Returns & Refunds

To arrange a return:

Due to hygiene reasons some products including earrings are unable to be exchanged and therefore are final sale, we would advise to check the details and sizing before placing your order to make sure you are completely satisfied with the product being ordered.

SALE ITEMS are final sale.

Please note return postage costs will need to be covered.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the item is not in resellable condition and/or shows sign of wear, in this case the item will then be returned back to you.

 

Item's must be returned in the original packaging, including any free gifts that may have been included with your purchase.

Please email cs@getthelookaccessories.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return and you will be sent our return address

If a return is agreed and you do not return the item back to us within 7 days, we reserve the right to no longer issue a refund or exchange and will presume that you no longer wish to return the item

We do have bracelet and ring sizers available to order here if you are unsure which size to order
 
As all our stock is quality checked before being posted out we are almost certain you will never have any issues. However when your parcel leaves us we cannot be responsible for delivery couriers, therefore we are more than happy to offer an exchange item and discount for future use in the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please get in touch via cs@getthelookaccessories.co.uk for any issues or help needed and a member of our team will resolve this for you
 
**please note that faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear and advise to read our care advice**
